Quality Assurance/Quality Control Policy
Kubes Nigeria Limited have establish a Quality Management System, which assures our customers and all stakeholders a sustainable satisfaction in the services provided by the Company. The objective of the Quality Management System is to achieve customer satisfaction’ by consequently meeting and exceeding the required standards.
To achieve this objectives:
  • - We shall continuously improve on our services to clients to meet their require standard and international standard.
  • - We shall improve in our service delivery and quality of our products in a safe and timely manner
  • - We shall operate within design limit and also exceed customer requirement
  • - We shall operate in conformance with all statutory laws and regulations to achieve customer requirement.
We believes that the key to a successful implementation of the quality management system is based on procedures, standards and compliant for all of our activities. The quality management system requirements and the associated standards is to ensure that effective controls are consistently and adequately applied to all of our work processes and properly monitored.
We shall create and maintain an enabling environment where all personnel and stakeholders are actively involved in achieving the desire quality assurance and control in all our operations.
It shall be the responsibility of the QA/QC officer to ensure compliance with the requirements to meet the international recognized and acceptable standards in our service delivery to customers at all time. This implies that the continual implementation of the company’s integrated quality and safety system has been delegated to the quality assurance and safety personnel.
