Nigerian content policy is define in the Oil and gas Industry Content Develoment (NOGICD) Act as the quantum of composite value added to or created in the Nigeria e conomy by a systematic development of capabilities through the deliberate utilization of Nigerian human, materials resources and services in the Nigeria oil and gas industry.
In line with this law, Kubes has over the years strived to utilize local human and materials resources in the provision of goods and services to the oil and gas Industry without compromising quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Use of Indigenous Material Resources
Kubes engages the services of local contractor for tools maintenance, supply of consumables and other relevant materials for the execution of our project without compromising quality.
Transfer of Technology
Kubes is building a competent workforce that discharge operational duties efficiently and effectively with little or no supervision from foreign expatriates. In ensuring this, we have developed a training program for our local workforce to go for a short course in Europe, United State of America and Asia for skill acquisition.
